New Beginnings!

It's been three months since we embarked on the Carnival Cruise. I met some amazing people there. It was very interesting to me to see how much interest is developing in using the Tarot to enhance and motivate people's lives. The Alessi Method of Tarot Reading which is enlightening,encouraging and comforting was very well received. My message is that Tarot is for everyone and can help make decisions, direct a new life path and even used as a meditative tool.There were several promising students on the cruise and the feedback I received was wonderful. I've decided that a cruise is not the place to teach Tarot. The atmosphere and the surroundings were not at all what I expected,nor what I found conducive to teaching the way I want to teach. My ideal location is in a conference room in a hotel or resort with tables for four to six people. Therefore, I have formed a company with two other practitioners .Amelia Dunn is a life therapist with her master's degree in Social Work and several other areas including Palliative Care as well as a practicing counselor,and Emily Licate is a Reiki Master and an Angel Channeler. The name of the company is The Delta Oracle.The idea is to bring about healing, harmony and hope.We are planning events where we will work in "pod" groups so that all participants will be able to use our knowledge to enhance their own lives. I have also spoken with several practitioners who would be featured such as massage therapists, beauty consultants, aromatherapy specialists,,chelation experts,homeopathic practitioners and naturopaths,channelers and healers. However, this will be no ordinary event! Only the best practitioners will be invited to join us and all of them will be coming from the spititual side of metaphysics.Our idea is to have a sort of mind/body/spirit traveling spa! Ginny Brennen from Madison, Ohio has been doing readings using my method and judging by the feedback her clients are very pleased.She has been studying with me for two years.I do not have her website yet, but I will let you know when it's complete.My slogan has always been "Let peace begin with me..." and Ginny's is "Let me show you the possibilities".  Since Ozark Moutain published "Rebirth of the Oracle",I have been unbelievably fortunate to have met some of the most intellectual and talented people in that world. You may not know them now, but you will !! These are the True Lightworkers who quietly go about their work,bringing their gifts to the world one person at a time.  I will post more as we begin to emerge. Look for us in the Fall of 2008.We plan to start in the Cleveland,Ohio area and eventually to come to any city where we will be welcomed.It is a whole new slant on how the metaphysical sciences can be used to bring out the best in all of us. Panama City, Panama!!!Amazing!

I returned from Panama City on Wednesday after a very special week with some of the most incredible people I have met in my lifetime. Clara Malca owns a metaphysical store called "Angels By Nature ". It was she who brought me to Panama to explain my belief in the Tarot as an Oracle and not as a carnival spectacle. The reception to my ideas was very positive and people wanted to know more. I was able to teach my method to a class on Sunday and I was truly impressed with the energy and ability demonstrated by the students. Everyone is hungry for spirituality and Panama was pure joy. The weather is like the Garden Of Eden and I was told it was the rainy season ! It only rained one day during the week and it didn't last long. After living in Northeast Ohio most of my life,the weather was a gift ! The city itself is especially eclectic. There are stores next to churches next to apartment bulidings next to casinos! I could have spend an entire week on just one city street! The city is full of life yet has a safe feeling to it. I was treated like royalty by everyone from the hotel staff at The Executive hotel to the vendors and servers in the restaurants. The Panama Canal is a wonder and Clara took me to dinner at Mira del Flores restaurant which sits above the Canal. It is surrounded by windows and you can see the activity of the ships moving in and out.  My most special memories are of the people. Gladys  was a woman who worked in Clara's store.She was a perfect Queen of Wands and brought me fresh fruits for lunch and kept all my appointments on time. I do have a tendency to keep on talking ! She gave me a beautiful alpaca blanket to remember her by . Even without the blanket, I will never forget her . Her two daughters, Francis and Blue were also very kind to me. They took time to drive me where I had to be and even to keep my schedule at hand. Then,there was her wonderful son, Kazu Fusumada. He was my interpreter for anyone who did not speak English. His command of both Spanish and English is remarkable. He memorized my introduction to the Cards after one time and easily took over the explanations. He is a spiritual and charismatic man and he made it all so easy for me. He brought me a "mola' which is a native art form of tapestry . You can see it hanging in my home ! His brilliant mind was such an asset to me because he knew what to say almost before I said it !      Mercedes ,Carlos, Marisol, Faemous,Maria, Griselda and Gladys were extraordinary Tarot students who will do much to bring my method of interpretation to Latin America. I am proud to know them. And then there is Clara! What a stunning woman! She is so full of life and determination.She owns two stores in Panama City, Claire's which is a dress shop and Angels By Nature. She was responsible for the smooth way my trip was planned and she took care of all the details. Many thanks to all of them for a memorable first trip outside of the United States!!!
